ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or placing an order through MS Meridian, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and purchasers of our custom apparel, including sportswear, hotel uniforms, and streetwear products.
CUSTOM APPAREL AND ORDERS
All products provided by MS Meridian are manufactured to client specifications. Orders become official upon final approval of design proofs, size charts, and receipt of agreed deposit or full payment. It is the responsibility of the client to thoroughly review and confirm all mockup details, logos, colors, measurements, and spellings before production begins.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
MS Meridian ships globally. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, carrier operations, destination regulations, or unexpected shipping delays. The client is responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
SAMPLES AND PRODUCTION PROOFS
Pre-production samples and digital proofs are generated for verification purposes. Once a sample or proof is approved by the client, MS Meridian will initiate bulk manufacturing strictly according to the approved specifications. Any changes requested after final proof approval may incur additional costs and cause production delays.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All quotes are provided based on order quantity, customization details, fabric selection, and delivery destination. Prices are subject to agreement prior to order confirmation. Full or partial advance payment is required as per the agreed invoice terms before production commences. Payments must be processed through our authorized and secure payment channels.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Because all items are custom-manufactured to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. If a cancellation request is submitted prior to the start of manufacturing, any costs already incurred (such as pattern creation, sampling, or fabric sourcing) will be deducted from any potential refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of customized sportswear, bespoke uniforms, and client-branded streetwear, returns or refunds are not accepted for correctly manufactured orders. If an item arrives damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing defect that deviates significantly from the approved proof, clients must notify MS Meridian within 7 days of delivery with photos and documentation. Defective items will be evaluated for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clients warrant that they hold the legal rights, trademarks, or necessary licensing for all logos, artwork, and designs submitted for custom production. MS Meridian assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from client-supplied artwork. MS Meridian reserves the right to showcase completed non-confidential products in its portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MS Meridian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in shipping, minor variations in fabric color batch dye, or improper care and laundering of garments after delivery.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial trade standards and applicable regional laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through mutual negotiation or designated legal channels.
